1. Sign in to your account.

Visit the My Tickets page and enter your information.

2. Click the Settings button above your profile.

Your profile displays your name, location and email address for your BrightStar account, as well as any Gravatar you have assigned to your email address. (Please note: This email address only applies to your account information. Emails for receipts from specific orders must be changed on an individual basis. Learn more about changing emails for specific orders.)

3. Enter your new account information.
Enter any changes to your name or email address, or enter a new password. Click Update to save the changes.
