1. Sign in to your account.

Visit the My Tickets page and enter your information.

2. Select the order you want to edit.

The left section of My Tickets displays all of your current and past BrightStar orders. Your most recent order is listed first.

3. Change your address.

Click Change Email and enter your new email address for the order. Click Submit. (Please note: The email address assigned to an individual order does not change the email address you use to sign in.)
